The Salvation Army Christmas Hamper program partners with over 50 community-based organizations, groups and churches to ensure individuals and families throughout greater Kingston are supplied with the food needed to prepare a festive Christmas meal.
Throughout the month of November and the first week of December, qualified individuals may complete an application at one of the participating agencies, groups, churches or at our Community and Family Services office at 342 Patrick Street.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and for the safety of our volunteers, staff and community, The Salvation Army Hamper Campaign will be providing giftcards in place of food hampers to Applicants this year.
Monetary donations are urgently needed to ensure a successful Christmas Hamper Campaign.
- A donation of $50.00 would provide a Christmas dinner for a single person or couple
- A donation of $75.00 would provide a Christmas dinner for one family up to six people
- A donation of $100.00 would provide a Christmas dinner for a family of seven or more
